Gordon has a leadership career spanning over 30 years in international blue chip companies across a wide range of industries including communications, insurance, travel, financial services, software consultancy, engineering and health services. He has an outstanding record of transforming and developing IT organisations. His most recent appointments were Director of Service Development at T-Mobile, Director of Applications Development at CGU and Vice President of Systems Development at Galileo International.
Gordon now works as an independent consultant / coach / trainer, helping business leadership teams to raise their game. His consultancy is underpinned by best practice research as well as his own extensive experience. His coaching is insightful, challenging and fundamentally developmental. He is a Leading Edge Forum research associate, a member of the International Coach Federation, a provisionally accredited John Adair team leader trainer, a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessor and an NLP Business Practitioner.
