became his master.

His image became his friend. His skill
became his sword. His heart became hard.

that nothing could penetrate.
His hardened heart
could hear no more.

His true followers lost hope.

else really noticed him anymore.
They had followed his lead and
hardened their hearts, too.

became a spirit of scarcity.
The shrinking became contagious.
Everyone became Knucklehearted.

aware that others were watching.
He was too busy focused on his own
ways, his own skill, and his own desires.

He thought it was about him...

To go find someone who cares.
